Download the NightOWL Companion App for your device (Apple or Android)
​Follow instructions on NightOWL app to activate study and enter Unique Patient ID# (also Provided with your device) 
Activate the Sensor when ready to go to bed and connect via Bluetooth
   Ensure smartphone is plugged in overnight so recording is not interrupted.
