There are numerous reasons why your provider may wish to Prescribe your
SomnoGuard Oral Appliance and have you purchase it directly at wholesale. Click on the link below to take you to the appropriate check-out page for the appliance your physician has prescribed. A copy of your physicians Prescription MUST BE ON FILE before we can ship you the device.
